Kenneth DiStefano, Sr, MD, FACS - Medical Director
Dr. Kenneth DiStefano, Sr. is a board certified plastic surgeon. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Brown University in Rhode Island and was formerly the Chief of Plastic Surgery at both Mountainside and Clara Maass Hospitals in NJ.
In addition to his extensive plastic surgery experience, Dr. DiStefano has a passion for non-invasive cosmetic medicine. He has been injecting Botox® for over 10 years, and has an in-depth knowledge of laser treatments. He is also highly skilled at using Juvederm® to fill in the lines around the mouth and to fill in the lips, to give them a fuller, more natural look.
Dr. DiStefano is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has received numerous Physician Recognition Awards from the American Medical Association.
Carolina Lopez
Carolina Lopez graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2010. Her early career was spent in a bustling step-down telemetry unit, where she honed her skills and deepened her knowledge while simultaneously pursuing a master’s degree at New York University (NYU).
Upon becoming a Nurse Practitioner (NP), she transitioned into interventional cardiology, a field in which she has dedicated the past nine years. Concurrently, she has nurtured her passion for aesthetics, blending her medical expertise with her love for beauty.
Her career journey reflects a blend of rigorous medical practice and a keen aesthetic sensibility. While her foundation lies in the critical and precise world of cardiology, her true passion thrives in the realm of aesthetics.
This dual expertise allows her to approach beauty from a unique, health-oriented perspective, driven by a commitment to enhancing both appearance and well-being.
Kenneth DiStefano, Jr, MD
Dr. Kenneth DiStefano, Jr. is a board-certified family physician who has additional training and expertise in aesthetic medicine. He received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Robert Packer Hospital in PA. Dr. DiStefano has also received extensive hands-on training from his father, Dr. Kenneth DiStefano, Sr., a board certified plastic surgeon and Vibrance’s medical director.
In Dr. DiStefano’s practice of cosmetic medicine, he focuses on excellence, quality of care, and addressing the entire person. After completely understanding the patient’s cosmetic needs, he believes in using a combination of laser treatments, Botox®, dermal fillers, and topical medicines to achieve the best and most natural looking results. Each patient is treated with respect and receives personalized attention.
Dr. DiStefano is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians and is certified in administering Botox®, Juvederm® and laser treatments.He has been providing aesthetic enhancements and laser/light treatments at Vibrance for over 9 years.
Norma Mendoza
MSN, APRN, FNP- BC
Norma Mendoza is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing education at Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning her BSN. Continuing her academic journey, Norma pursued her MSN specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at New York University.
In addition to her MSN, Norma completed a Holistic Nursing Specialty sequence program to explore the benefits of complementary therapies for her patients.
With over 12 years of experience in pediatric and neonatal critical care at esteemed institutions, she brings a gentle, compassionate touch to every patient interaction.
In 2022, Norma began her journey in aesthetic medicine, blending her nurturing skills with a touch of artistry. Committed to staying at the forefront of this dynamic field, she continuously updates her knowledge and skills to provide personalized treatments tailored to individual needs.

Priscilla is dedicated to providing the best skin care solutions for each client. As a young adult experiencing hyperpigmentation, she developed a drive to learn how to care for problem skin. She believes skin conditions impact people’s lives, so it has become her mission to create individualized treatments and promote the importance of self-care.

Vanessa Orama
Medical Aesthetician
Vanessa’s passion for skincare and helping clients look and feel their best is evident in every facial she provides at Vibrance. She will listen to any questions and concerns that you have about your skin and be sure to suggest the type of facial that will help you reach your skincare goals.
During your facial with Vanessa, you will feel comfortable and completely relaxed, and your skin will look refreshed and glowing when you finish. She will also suggest products that can be used at home to help you maintain your skin’s health and appearance until your next facial.

Sarah Bruno
Medical Aesthetician
Sarah is a licensed esthetician who was educated in Skincare at Christine Valmy International School, as well as Integrative Medical Aesthetics at A Medical Spa at Rizzieri. She loves to combine results-driven aesthetic treatments with relaxing spa techniques so clients can look and feel their best.
Her specialized modalities include dermaplaning, for deeper exfoliation and product absorption, and Gua sha facial lifting, which tones and balances the skin as well as provides lymphatic drainage.
Sarah also loves to talk about skincare products and can help Vibrance clients build an at-home regimen to maximize the results of their facial treatments.
Cháris Lenox
Permanent Makeup Artist
Cháris Lenox is a Board Certified Permanent Makeup Artist by the American Academy of Micropigmentation. This certification is required by the state of New Jersey for those who wish to work in this field. She was trained by Hiyan Bitar, one of foremost experts in micropigmentation training with over 30 years of experience. Cháris also has a Certification in Microblading, Colorimetry, Eyebrow Design, Henna and Refectocil application.
Being a native from Brazil, where micropigmentation has grown tremendously, gave her the resources to blend in techniques that not many artists can offer. When looking for Permanent Makeup, Microblading or Eyebrow Shading in Morris County, there is no better choice!
